Our client's goal was to develop a homestead on the land and establish a farm. While on-site, we created a good-sized water body intended for irrigation for tree crops and forestry species. The work on the water body included a significant amount of stone-work, including a stone diving ledge.

We created several terraces around the water body and built a second, smaller, water body. We also developed sites for several buildings, as well as a site for an earth cellar. Additionally, we developed the necessary access throughout the site, including a road to the house's building pad, and access to another building pad for an accessory structure that we created as well.
